history. The Restaurant serves an a la carte menu prepared by our chef,
using only the finest and freshest ingredients. The cuisine is complimented
by a carefully selected wine list and well stocked bar. Luxury en-suite
accommodation is offered in the oak-paneled former house of John Gwenogfryn
Evans, a minister and editor of Welsh books and letters and founder
member of the National Library of Wales at Aberystwyth.
